**FREE 30 minute meditation and breath practice from 7:00-7:30pm

In this immersive sound experience (fondly dubbed "adult lullabies" by past participants) Keely Angel will sing mantras and prayers from various traditions while playing the harmonium and ektar. The ancient sound current of mantra has the power to bring the body and mind into deep relaxation and allows the energetic centers (chakras) to realign and balance themselves. The shabad guru, or sound teacher, can uproot the ego's limiting thought patterns, making space for consciousness to shift towards deeper Truth. Participants are encouraged to orient themselves in whatever way feels most comfortable, be it in a restorative yoga pose, traditional savasana, seated, or whatever else the body might be calling for.
